Since I've made the same mistake, I would kindly like to point out that Duluth Trading Company and Duluth Pack Company are, in fact, two different companies.

Duluth Trading as a 'No Bull Guarantee' and is stationed in Wisconsin, and while they make a variety of packs, none of the packs featured in the post are from there.

They are in fact from the Duluth Pack Company, which IS from Duluth, and proudly markets themselves are 100% American Made products.

In reply to <a href="https://reactual.com/outdoor-equipment-2/buy-life-childs-backpack-duluth-trading-company.html#comment-16879">bussdriver</a>.

I did not say that all of Duluth products are made in the U.S., I pointed reader to their range of American-made products. However, I do agree that hemp is the superior fabric, and I would like to see more hemp bags available. Personally, I own a daypack that is made of hemp (from Thailand).

You are in error, DT has a huge number of products NOT made in the USA. (nothing in china as far as I've noticed; they have a nice knife made in the UK I bought which will never wear out ever.)

As a customer of Duluth Trading, their canvas pants last pretty long compared to everything else. (the darker color fades out of them quickly so get a lighter color.) Despite being canvas they feel good. Its the best you can do without using HEMP (which beats everything and nobody seems to make work clothes out of it.)
