We've just been through two days and nights of a techno-pop concert (heavy on the bass) at a local exhibition ground that was heard and felt more than 5 kilometres east in a straight line. My neighbours and I are not happy, and I wonder if the promoter is using some kind of bass speaker that produces ELF sound. My home is 2 kilometres from the venue, and I could hear/feel the bass line in a small windowless bathroom. Can someone point me towards data that could confirm this speculation, please?
