The Best Rechargeable AAAA Batteries

I recommend EBL Ni-MH rechargeable AAAA batteries.

AAAA Rechargeable Do Exist

Yes, rechargeable AAAA batteries do exist.

AAAA batteries (or quadruple As) are often used in small devices such as laser pointers, LED penlights, and small headphone amplifiers.

AAAA batteries are not common. However, they do exist in two forms:

  • NiCads (Nickel Cadmium) rechargeables
  • NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) rechargeables

NiMH has a higher energy capacity and is less toxic than NiCads (cadmium is a potent environment toxin).

Here are all the other commonly available rechargeable AAAA available:

  • Anvow NiMH AAAA batteries — 1.2V 400mAh
  • Odec NiMH AAAA batteries — 1.2V 400mAh
  • EBL NiCAD AAA batteries — 1.2V 400mAh

  1. Bought the Anwow set with charger from Amazon. Worked for about 6 months. At first, a freshly charged battery lasted for about a month in my stylus. Now, I am lucky if I can get 3 days use before getting “battery low” warnings. Which basically means these batteries lasted through a maximum of THREE recharge cycles each using the supplied charger. Either the batteries are junk, or the charger is junk because it killed the batteries, or BOTH.
